Curaçao

The Curaçao are a part of the kingdom of the Netherlands and for many years have played a significant role within the international financial industry.

The Curaçao offshore companies will remain in existence until at least 2019 whereas a new system has been introduced for companies created after 31 December 2000 whereby still significant benefits exist.

The new fiscal regime has been created in accordance with the OECD rules and regulations and places the Curaçao amongst respected and reputable jurisdictions which will be able to apply for international tax treaties with other countries..

These benefits apply for Curaçao holding companies receiving dividends from a Dutch subsidiary company but also for Royalty companies and Finance companies.
